Affiliations

UCU Glasgow considers affiliation to organisations or bodies whose objects are consistent with those of the branch. Branch members can propose affiliation with such organisations via a motion at a General Meeting.

UCU does not permit union funds to be used for affiliation to a political party.

UCU Glasgow is currently affiliated with the following organisations:

  • Stop the War (GM Motion March 2025)
  • BRICUP: British Committee for the Universities of Palestine (GM Motion Nov 2024)
  • Living Rent (GM Motion Jan 2021)
