The UCU Glasgow PGR Subcommittee is committed to improving our working conditions at the University of Glasgow and aims to support all PGRs at UofG. We believe that PGRs should be afforded the same rights and protections as other members of staff. This includes reasonable workloads; childcare; parental and adoption leave; long-term sick leave; stable and accessible desk space.
